FIDEICOMISO
Acuerdo en virtud del cual una persona natural o jurídica (fideicomitente) transfiere a otra persona (fiduciario) uno o más bienes para que, al vencimiento de un plazo o al cumplimiento de una condición, el fiduciario transmita el beneficio establecido por el fideicomitente a su propio favor o a favor de un tercero (beneficiario).
TRUST
Agreement whereby a natural or artificial person (the trustor) transfers to another person (the trustee) the ownership of one or more assets so that when a term expires or a condition is fulfilled, the trustee may assign the proceeds as established by the trustor for its own benefit or that of a third party (beneficiary).
