Convenio entre un fiduciario y una compañía de seguros o afianzadora, reconocido por una institución bancaria, por medio del cual se depositan fondos y valores para su custodia, y por el que ambas entidades conjuntamente manejan tales fondos y valores, y para su retiro exigen ciertos requisitos y firmas.
